Mark Podkladek

Mark Podkladek is the Division Manager for U.S. Pharmaceuticals at Alcon, bringing extensive experience in both first and second line leadership roles. Mark has a strong background in sales, having held positions at various pharmaceutical companies, including Regional Sales Manager at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals and Specialty District Sales Manager at AstraZeneca. With a Bachelor of Science in Sales and Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Mark has successfully led eight unique sales launches, including four first-in-class medications, and excels in developing high-performing sales teams. Mark is recognized as a multiple P-Club winner and has been awarded District of the Year twice.
