Matthew Callesen

Matthew Callesen is a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Quality Leader with extensive experience in quality operations and process control. They have held key roles at Alcon, including Director of Quality Operations and various management positions, and served as Site Quality Head at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC since 2024. Matthew's previous work includes positions at Novartis, LyondellBasell, and CH2M HILL, where they demonstrated leadership in engineering and operations. They are currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering while holding a Bachelor of Science in the same field, graduated Magna Cum Laude, from The University of Texas at Arlington.
