Maureen Pearson currently serves as the Head of Global Trade Compliance at Alcon, a position held since February 2014. Previously, Maureen was Global Customs & Export Counsel at Delphi from 2006 to February 2014, and also worked at Thomson from 1998 to 2006 as General Manager of Americas Customs Operations and Deputy General Counsel for International Trade Compliance. Earlier in Maureen's career, experience included serving as an Associate Attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP from 1993 to 1998. Maureen holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, obtained in 1993, and advanced degrees in French Linguistics, including a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
