Mel Gabb

Mel Gabb has extensive experience in internal audit and finance, currently serving as Associate Director of Internal Audit at Alcon since June 2019, previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior to Alcon, Mel spent over a decade at Catalent Pharma Solutions, starting as Company Accountant and advancing to Global Accounts Payable Leader, managing the offshore Shared Service Center for accounts payable. Mel's background includes responsibilities in Sarbanes Oxley audits, internal audits, financial reporting, and supervisory roles across various accounting functions. Educationally, Mel has completed GCSEs and is preparing to start CIMA.
