Michael Alleman

Michael Alleman is currently the Director of US Vision Care Commercial Operations at Alcon, a position they have held since 2025. With a robust background in sales operations, they previously served as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations at Sesami and directed sales effectiveness at RS Americas. Michael's earlier roles include Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Saputo Inc., District Director of Operations at Axcess Financial, and Regional FP&A Manager at L&W Supply. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Finance from the University of North Texas and are currently pursuing Project Management and Lean Process certification at MSI.
