Michael Dine

Michael Dine has over 20 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization in various manufacturing environments. Since July 2007, Michael has served at Alcon as Equipment Engineering Manager, contributing to significant reductions in downtime through the integration of automatic change-over systems and validating suppliers for critical materials. Prior roles include Paint Process Engineer at Decoma, where leadership was provided for a robotic paint line, and Manufacturing Engineer at Harley-Davidson, overseeing production and process improvements. Michael began his career with engineering co-op positions at Harley-Davidson and MSX International, specializing in layout design and process mapping. Michael holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
