Michael Rouse

Michael Rouse is a Senior Data Engineer currently at Alcon, where they previously served as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on continuous improvement programs. Prior to this, Rouse worked as a Process Improvement Analyst at Semano, enhancing production processes and validating equipment. They also gained experience as an Operational Graduate Assistant at Cal State Fullerton's College of Business and Economics, managing instructional materials and supporting a mentoring program for students. Rouse holds a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
