Michele Ye

Michele Ye has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michele'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Commercial Operations in North America at Alcon, where they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the CFO for Greater China from 2019 to 2022. Michele also held the position of Global Head of Finance for Manufacturing at Alcon from 2015 to 2019.

Before joining Alcon, Michele worked at CIBA Vision as the Head of Finance and Head of FRA for Global Manufacturing and Supply from 2006 to 2012. Michele began their career at AT&T in 1994, where they held various accounting and finance positions until 2006. Michele's expertise lies in finance and they have held leadership roles in areas such as commercial operations, research and development, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Michele Ye completed their Bachelor's degree in International Finance at Fudan University from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Georgia State University from 1991 to 1994.
