Michelle Rand

Michelle Rand is the Head of HR for the Americas at Alcon, where they empower associates in the region. They have extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership roles at companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and DXC Technology, where they defined and drove human capital strategies. Michelle previously worked as a scientist at Harvard Medical School and LeukoSite, and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Drexel University. With a strong focus on maximizing human potential, they continue to partner with organizations to foster growth and innovation.
