Michelle Rivera

Michelle Rivera, CMP, has over 18 years of experience in meeting and event planning, currently serving as Manager of Vision Care Meetings at Alcon since June 2012, where previous roles included Senior Meeting Planner for both Corporate Meetings & Events and Vision Care Commercial Meetings. Prior to Alcon, Michelle held various positions at Cadent from January 2008 to June 2012, including Senior Meeting Planner and Meetings and Events Planner. Earlier roles at Big Thought from July 2005 to January 2008 included Coordinator of Development Operations and Events. Michelle Rivera earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University between 2000 and 2005.
