Mike Cecil serves as the Global Director of Ocular Health New Products at Alcon, a position held since August 2019. In this role, Mike leads innovation strategy focused on addressing consumer needs and those of Eye Care practitioners, fostering portfolio growth through disruptive innovations for brands such as Systane and Pataday. Prior to Alcon, Mike accrued significant experience at Henkel over nearly a decade, where roles included Marketing Director for US Home Care and Global Air Care, overseeing brand marketing, P&L management, and innovation pipeline development. Earlier career experiences include marketing management at Wells' Dairy and internships at the U.S. Department of Labor and the Consumer Electronics Association. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University School of Business.
