Monique Rose

Monique Rose, PhD, serves as the Medical Affairs Manager for the Surgical/Vision Care Portfolio at Alcon since June 2022, focusing on driving data generation and share of voice strategy for strategic brands. Prior to this, Monique was the Clinical Marketing Manager at Nova Eye Medical, where responsibilities included clinical marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption. Monique's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Orthoptist at Cranbourne Eye Surgery and Cheltenham Eye Centre, performing cataract assessments and surgeries, as well as various ocular tests and treatments. Monique also held academic positions at La Trobe University, including Orthoptic Lecturer and Teaching Fellow, contributing to the education of future professionals in the field. Monique holds a PhD in Diabetic Eye Disease and a Bachelor of Orthoptic and Ophthalmic Science with honors from La Trobe University.
