Morgan Ford is an accomplished engineer currently employed at Alcon since August 2020. Prior to this role, Morgan served as an Engineering Student Tutor at Marquette University, providing assistance in physics and specialized engineering courses such as thermodynamics and dynamics. In addition, Morgan gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant on Dr. Amy Van Hecke's PEERs project, where responsibilities included working with clinicians and human subjects, along with performing heart rate variance analysis. Morgan also held the position of Lead Outreach Assistant at Marquette's Engineering Office, managing a team and contributing to pre-college programs.
