Oberdan Junior

Oberdan Junior is the Head of Warehousing & Distribution, HSE and Facilities at Alcon, where they oversee extensive operations impacting over 5000 customers and managing a team of more than 200 employees. They have previous experience at Alcon as a Logistic Manager and Customer Service Manager, focusing on logistics, customer service, and operations management. Oberdan also led the S&OP process and has strong skills in Lean Six Sigma, emphasizing continuous improvement in supply chain functions. They are currently pursuing a degree at Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo.
