Omid Rohani

Omid Rohani, Ph.D., is a Principal Engineer at Alcon, where they have contributed to various R&D projects, collaborating across teams to enhance eye compliance models and conduct extensive data collection. Previously, Omid served as a Senior Engineer and Consultant R&D Engineer at Alcon, focusing on experimental data analysis and documentation. They earned a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, following two Master's degrees in Bioengineering and Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the same institution. Omid began their academic journey with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran, where they also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant.
