Paulo Pinto

Paulo Pinto is currently the Vice President of the Surgical Franchise in Japan. Previously, they held various roles at Alcon, including National Sales Manager and Surgical Country Franchise Head for Iberia, as well as serving as Surgical Regional Sales Manager between 2016 and 2018. Prior to their time at Alcon, Paulo worked at CIBA Vision as Professional Marketing & Technical Director and held a professional affairs position. They also contributed to academia as a Lecturer of Optometry at the Universidade do Minho from 2001 to 2008, where they completed a PhD in Vision Sciences between 2006 and 2011.
