Raghunath R. serves as the Head of Legal and Company Secretary for the India operation of Alcon Inc. since February 2021. Prior to this role, Raghunath held the position of AVP & Head - Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary at Endo International plc from September 2016 to March 2020. Raghunath's experience includes serving as General Manager & Head - Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary at Pfizer from January 2012 to September 2016, and as Manager - Legal & Company Secretary at AstraZeneca from August 2009 to January 2012, as well as at Schaeffler from November 2007 to August 2009. Raghunath holds multiple law degrees and a B.Com, including a Bachelor of Laws from Berhampur University and a Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
