Ralph Evans

Ralph Evans is a communications and culture leader currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Communications at Alcon, where they develop and execute strategies to align associates with the company's mission and drive engagement. Previously, Ralph held positions such as People Communications Leader at American Airlines and Head of Culture, Engagement, and Employer Brand at Santander Bank, N.A., where they shaped the employee experience for 14,000 team members. Their earlier experience includes leadership roles in internal communications and marketing at BBVA and Capital One. Ralph is pursuing a B.S. in Marketing and a Corporate Management Program at Hampton University and IESE Business School, respectively.
