Rick Michaels

Rick Michaels is currently a Principal Optics Engineer at Alcon and has extensive experience in optical engineering. They began their career in the early 1980s as an Optical Designer at NCR and held various senior engineering roles at companies such as Lockheed Missiles and Space, Imagyn Medical, and ChromaVision Medical Systems. Rick's significant contributions continued at WaveTec Vision Systems as a Principal Engineer before returning to their current position at Alcon. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Optics from the University of Rochester.
