Robert Casale

Robert Casale, CPSM, C.P.M., is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and category management. Currently serving as the Global Category Manager for R&D Lab Consumables and Scientific and Outsourced Services at Alcon, a Novartis Division, since March 2012, Robert is the primary point of contact for scientific stakeholders and leads procurement strategy in alignment with R&D objectives. Previous roles include senior positions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, managing ingredient procurement for a $175M annual spend, and strategic sourcing for indirect spend at Cadbury Schweppes. Robert holds an MBA in Information Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with an accounting major from Seton Hall University.
