Robert Wood

Robert Wood is a seasoned professional in quality management and engineering with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Quality Manager at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. since August 2012, Robert oversees a team of quality engineers focused on production quality, new product introduction, and customer experience investigations. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Meade Instruments Corporation, managing operations and a manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. Robert's early career includes serving as Plant Manager at Remedy Blinds Inc., where responsibilities included plant reorganization and implementing inventory systems. Earlier at Meade Instruments Corporation, Robert was the Sr. Vice President, managing multiple departments across two manufacturing plants. Robert holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Brigham Young University.
