Rondell Staten

Rondell Staten is a Clinical Project Manager and Quality Assurance Professional with a diverse background in medical safety and clinical research. They began their career as a BioGlue Department member at CryoLife, Inc. and later served as a Clinical Research Analyst at Carolinas Healthcare System from 2009 to 2011. Rondell worked at Aderans Research Institute from 2011 to 2013, where they specialized in project management and regulatory submissions. After a tenure as a Legal Field Assurance Specialist at CR Bard from 2011 to 2014, they currently hold the position of Medical Safety Expert and Pharmacovigilance Professional at Alcon, a Novartis Division. Rondell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Syracuse University and an Associate of Science in Mathematics and Science from Onondaga Community College.
