Rose Long

Rose Long is an experienced Lab Manager at Alcon, with a strong background in the medical device industry. They have held various roles, including Validation Chemist and Principal II Quality Operations, and have expertise in method validation, equipment qualification, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). Rose began their career as a Research and Development Specialist at STADA Group and later contributed significantly as a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert during internal and external audits. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a Level 6 in Supervisory Management and a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Science with product and process development from the Institute of Technology, Tralee.
