Roy Henry

Roy Henry has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles in different companies. Roy started their career at Biocompatibles as a Finance Manager in 2003. Roy then moved to Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK LTD and served as the Head of Business Planning and Analysis from an unknown start date to 2007, and later became the Head of UK Group Finance Functions from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they joined Sandoz Limited as the Head of Finance from April 2010 to February 2015. Roy then joined Alcon as the Head of Finance UK & Ireland from February 2015 to May 2018.
