Rustin Floyd, MBA, is a bilingual marketing professional with extensive global experience in the surgical medical device industry. They have held several leadership roles at Alcon, where they currently serve as Global Director, HCP Training & Education, creating innovative training platforms like the Fidelis Virtual Reality Cataract Surgical Simulator. Rustin previously led significant marketing initiatives, including the launch of advanced intraocular lenses, and developed a global Franchise Development Resource Center to enhance marketer training. They began their career in sales management with Metro Group, Inc. and earned their degree from Brigham Young University.
