Ryan von Heyn

Ryan von Heyn is currently the Director of Training for U.S. Pharmaceutical & Dry Eye at Alcon, where they have progressed through various leadership roles since 2016, including Associate Director and Division Manager. Prior to their tenure at Alcon, Ryan worked at Sysco as a Marketing Associate and received several awards, including the Chairman’s Club accolade. They also have experience in the hospitality industry, having managed private events at The Ritz-Carlton and BLT Steak. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Communications from Quinnipiac University in 2007.
