Scott Bacon

Scott Bacon possesses extensive experience in quality management, performance improvement, and communications within the healthcare industry. Since March 2012, Scott has held multiple leadership positions at Alcon, including Global Head of Financial Reporting and Assurance Quality and Global Head of Continuous Improvement, contributing significantly to strategy, performance management, and governance. Prior roles at CIBA Vision and Goodrich ISR Systems further enriched Scott's capabilities in sourcing, subcontract administration, and supply chain compliance. Early career experiences at Acambis and Ames Color-File in purchasing and production management established a strong foundation in operational excellence. Scott holds a BA in Economics and Classical Humanities from Tufts University.
