Shiddalingesh S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and process excellence. Currently serving as Director of Transformation and Continuous Improvement at Alcon since February 2020, Shiddalingesh has been instrumental in enhancing Continuous Improvement practices globally within Alcon Global Business Services. Prior to this role, Shiddalingesh held significant positions at ABB, where responsibilities included Global Practice Lead and Manager of Operational Transformation, and at Thomson Reuters, where Shiddalingesh contributed as a Process Excellence Black Belt in various initiatives. Shiddalingesh holds a degree in Business Analytics and Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an MBA in Finance from the Kousali Institute of Management Studies.
