Steve Scola possesses extensive experience in service operations and engineering within the medical and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Service Operations at Alcon since June 2013, Steve has held various leadership roles, including Service Delivery Manager and Principal Field Service Engineer, demonstrating strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and enhance the adoption of LenSx technology. Previous experience includes a tenure at Optos as a Field Service Engineer, where Steve supported customers and trained staff on medical equipment, as well as positions at Navtrak and the United States Marine Corps as a Regional Field Engineer and Avionics Technician, respectively. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University and has a background in training and managing teams in technical environments.
