Sudarshan Singh

Sudarshan Singh is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Associate Director at Alcon since April 2012, Sudarshan leads a team of mechanical engineers focusing on the design and development of class II and III medical devices for global markets. Previously held roles include Principal Product Development Engineer and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Alcon, where collaboration across functions facilitated the advancement of surgical ophthalmic devices and intraocular delivery systems. Prior experience includes leading design and development of test systems for vascular stents at Dynatek Labs and generating specifications for mechanical systems at MECS. Sudarshan holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from the University of Mysore.
