Susan Millard

Susan Millard currently serves as the Global Head of HR for Research & Development at Alcon, a Novartis company, since April 2013. In this role, Susan collaborates closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of R&D, overseeing HR functions and contributing to the Research and Development Leadership Team to enhance Alcon's product pipeline and organizational culture. Prior to this position, Susan was the Global Head of HR for R&D at Alcon Labs, Inc. from April 2011 to April 2013, and held the role of Area Head of Human Resources for the Americas at CIBA Vision from 2006 to April 2011. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from Washington & Jefferson College between 1978 and 1982.
