Umesh Kumar

Umesh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Umesh started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2009, where they worked as a Team Lead until December 2015. In 2016, they joined Accenture in India as a Sr. Analyst - HRSS, and they held this position until April 2020. From April 2020 until the present, Umesh has been working at Alcon, initially as an HRSS Team Lead, and currently as an HRIS DGM Lead.

Umesh Kumar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services from the young freshers Jobs in Karnataka between 2006 and 2009. In addition, Umesh obtained certifications in Agile Foundations, Scrum: The Basics, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being acquired in 2021.
