Wei L.

Wei L. is a Principal Engineer at Alcon, where they provided optical simulations and bench testing data analysis for trifocal intraocular diffractive lenses from 2018 to 2022. With a solid background in optics, particularly in Fourier optics and diffractive element simulation, Wei has over 15 years of experience in measurement automation using NI LabVIEW, holding an NI CLAD certificate. Previously, they designed and performed optical experiments for MEMS devices at Silicon Audio. Wei earned a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin and holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
