Widad Zine has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR for International Commercial Operations at Alcon since February 2012, where responsibilities also include overseeing transformation and continuous improvement efforts. Additional roles at Alcon include Head of HR for the Middle East Cluster and Head of Human Resources for the North and West Africa Cluster. Prior to Alcon, Widad Zine worked at Philips from September 1998 to January 2012 as the Human Resources Director for the Maghreb region. Widad Zine holds a degree from ISCAE, earned between 1994 and 1998.
