Yannick Moll

Yannick Moll is currently an HR Business Partner DACH at Alcon, where they apply their expertise in human resources. Previously, Yannick served as HR Manager for Austria at Marsh McLennan, where they supported multiple brands, and held roles as an HR Generalist and an HR Assistant at Marsh McLennan and Fünfschilling Verwaltungs-GmbH, respectively. Yannick began their career with an HR internship at Unilever. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from both EAE Business School and EPSEVG - UPC, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management in Commerce from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
