Robert Moreau

Robert Moreau's work experience begins in 1998 at Aerovox, where they worked as a Test Engineer. Robert provided high voltage charge/discharge pulse testing support and was responsible for managing the reliability database for defibrillator capacitor life cycle data.

In 1999, they joined Verizon as a Sales Engineer. Robert delivered technical pre-sales support for strategic account planning and solutions design for Fortune 2000 enterprise accounts. Robert'sresponsibilities included designing and selling complex networks and business application solutions for global, multi-national corporations.

From 2012 to 2013, Robert worked at Hexagon Metrology as a Software Test Engineer. Robert provided testing support for several development applications, including writing problem reports, resolving issues, and providing automation for test procedures.

In 2013, Robert joined Mahr Federal Inc. as a Project Engineer in the Engineered Solutions division. Robert was responsible for conceptual design, quoting, ordering, and overseeing custom gage measurement tools. Additionally, they interacted with the distributor customer base and provided technical specifications for non-standard gage orders.

In 2020, they moved to HighQA as a Senior Software Application Support Engineer. In this role, they worked closely with service, operations, and sales departments, providing installation support, customer onboarding, and top-level support to end users. Robert also contributed to the evolution of the knowledge base content and tested the product prior to release.

Robert'smost recent work experience is with ALCOR Scientific, where they started in 2022 as a Quality Engineer. Robert collaborates with internal teams to improve the quality of the products, sets guidelines for verification, and updates the Quality Management System with incidents, fixes, and improvements.

Robert Moreau attended the University of Rhode Island from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
