David Borneman

David Borneman has held various positions throughout their work experience. David started their career as a Sanitary Engineer at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources in 1979. David then moved on to the City of Pittsburgh Department of Engineering & Construction in 1984, where they served as a Project Manager until 1995. Following that, they worked at the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority as an Assistant Director for one year. Finally, in 1997, they joined ALCOSAN as the Director of Engineering and Construction, a position they still hold today.

David Borneman attended Hilltop Catholic High School from 1972 to 1975. David then went on to Villanova University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from 1975 to 1979.
