I enjoy working with business owners who are driven to succeed – entrepreneurs who want to thrive, not just survive. These are people who won’t settle for simply enjoying life, they want to celebrate it. The companies they build are an external testament to the “Joie de vivre” they feel inside. While I can’t work with every business, I am able to help those who have, or are capable of achieving, recurring positive cashflow but who may not satisfied with the level of growth their companies are experiencing or who may feel that their companies are not performing at a high enough level. The truth is that management of high growth companies can be as challenging as for low growth companies. Although some businesses hire me for short term engagements, the majority hire me as a long term strategic business advisor. The time I spend with you each week is limited to only what you genuinely need, but my commitment to your success is always full time.
