Cem Gunfer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and asset diversification. Currently serving as the Head of Asset Class Diversification - Investments and Partnerships at ALDAR since September 2022, Cem focuses on enhancing income streams through strategic partnerships and investments. Prior to this role, Cem held the position of Vice President, Group Head of M&A and Corporate Development at noon, where responsibilities included overseeing mergers, joint ventures, and partnerships to support the company's organic growth. With a strong background in M&A advisory acquired over a twelve-year tenure at EY, Cem led significant advisory efforts, including transactions exceeding US$ 3 billion. The career began with an internship at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Cem holds a degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, where accomplishments include being on the High Honour List.
