Peter Smith

Peter Smith currently serves as the Chief Delivery Officer and Executive Director of Development at ALDAR, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Divisional Managing Director at Berkeley Homes Southern Counties from June 2022 to March 2024 and was the Managing Director at Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties from June 2013 to March 2024. Earlier in career, Peter worked as Production Director at St James Group, part of the Berkeley Group, from April 2010 to May 2013, and held various roles at Berkeley Homes from June 1997 to April 2006. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from London South Bank University, completed between 1991 and 1996.
