With years of experience in the automotive industry, gained through collaborations with prominent international clients – among them a top 10 global bank and a top 5 global car company – we possess a deep understanding of the challenges that car (leasing) companies face. One of the biggest challenges is the large amount of (car)data and high volume of documents (e.g. car/dealer quotes or maintenance invoices) and administrative tasks required to process these documents. To overcome these challenges, we have developed software robots to automate many of the time-consuming tasks associated with car leasing. One of these tasks is the process of going through car/dealer quotes and manually selecting the correct car model and the chosen options by the customer in the lease management system.
