Most recruitment processes go off track long before the interviews begin.
Aldea is here for the moments when something truly business critical needs to be solved - not just a seat to be filled.
I work closely with the CEO and executive team to understand the company’s goals, strengths, and gaps, and from there define the personality and capabilities that will genuinely drive growth.
Focus: SaaS, scale-up, and impact-driven companies recruiting commercial or operational leaders.
I lead the entire process myself - from analysis to signed offer - to ensure quality, pace, and precision.

Aldea offers Executive Search, second opinions, team assessments, and advisory support in recruitment strategy.

How clients describe me:

“No other recruiter has challenged me like Lina to find the absolute best candidate.” - Mikael Johnsson, Co-founder & Partner, Oxx Ventures

“Exceptionally skilled at listening and understanding our needs.” - Louise Gauffin, CEO, Arkion

“Lina understood our company’s DNA and the critical competence gaps - and had the full trust of the founders throughout the process.” - Mats Johansson, Chair & Lead Investor, Gridly

“Lina brings positive energy and is incredibly structured […] Recruitment is challenging and time-consuming, but Lina makes the process remarkably efficient - and I truly value that.” - Gabriella Bussien, CEO, Trapets

I act as a strategic speaking partner to CEOs, founders, and boards who want to:
▸ build leadership teams that drive growth.
▸ recruit leaders who challenge the status quo - not just fill a role.
