Susan Easterling

Susan Easterling has held a variety of positions in the telecommunications industry since 1979. Susan began their career as an Expeditor at Applied Devices Corp. In 1986, they worked as a Frame Attendant, Central Office Technician, and Transmission Engineer IICOE/CPR AnalystCentral Office Technician. Susan then joined EMBARQ as a Transmission Engineer II, where they provided engineering support and technical leadership for COE/CPR team. In 2004, they became the Owner of J& S Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. In 2009, they worked as a Receiving Manager at Tractor Supply Co., where they were responsible for accurate invoice processing and merchandise flow. In 2011, they joined CenturyLink as a Customer Service Rep - WAHPT, where they provided exceptional customer service to customers. In 2012, they worked as a Team Lead at Alden, and in 2013 they became a Central Office Inventory Technician at Alden Systems.

Susan Easterling completed Project Management Training Institute (PMTI) in 2020, Valencia College from 2005 to 2007, Osceola High School from 1974 to 1978, and Valencia Community CollegeCam Tech School of Construction.
