Shane Harris

Shane Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Shane began their career as a Construction Surveyor in the US Army, where they worked on various construction projects in South and Central America. Shane then moved on to work as an Engineering Assistant in both the Maine Air National Guard and the Utah Air National Guard, assisting in project administration and management. In 1997, Shane joined Alder Construction where they held various roles including Project Manager and Director of Operations. During their time at Alder Construction, they successfully managed and completed numerous water and wastewater treatment plant projects, totaling over $250 million. Overall, Shane has demonstrated expertise in construction management and engineering throughout their professional journey.

Shane Harris pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Maine from 1992 to 1996.
