Alder Foundation is a venture justice organization dedicated to funding hope, building community, and investing in leaders.

We exist to see every front-line community organization that provides hope become holistically sustainable. Through strategic partnerships with donors, social entrepreneurs, charities, and community leaders, Alder creates relational bridges that maximize impact for people around the world.

Our work focuses on three pillars:
Funding Hope – resourcing organizations that deliver tangible hope to individuals and communities
Building Community – fostering meaningful connection between leaders, donors, and the people they serve
Investing in Leaders – supporting the people behind the mission through holistic care and capacity-building

Alder also offers boutique Donor Advised Fund services and consultation designed to help front-line charities find innovative ways to increase their impact and sustainability.

🌍 We have worked nationally and internationally — including England, Romania, Spain, and across Europe.
📍 Based in British Columbia, Canada.
