Alderley Group work to transform lives through the development of 100% affordable housing schemes, creating vibrant, sustainable communities.

Our mission is simple, but ambitious: To empower lives and communities through affordable housing to low income individual and families. Beyond housing, we invest in youth mentorship and reforestation projects, transforming lives and enriching the environments our developments call home.

Our affordable housing schemes are based across the North West of England. We are dedicated to operating across the entire project lifecycle, from innovative land planning to meticulous construction.

We are an ambitious business who are looking to make a difference to the housing market. Our team are always searching for land opportunities and partnering with new Housing Associations to continue the growth of our development portfolio.
