Coby Jager, PhD, RAC, currently serves as the Director of Analytical Method Development at Aldevron, overseeing a team dedicated to the development and qualification of assays for protein and RNP characterization and lot release. Previous experience includes positions as the Director of mRNA Manufacturing Operations at Wisconsin Institute for Immune and Cell Therapy, where management focused on GMP practices and regulatory affairs for mRNA manufacturing, and Director of RNA Biology at Ribometrix Inc., leading RNA manufacturing and structure determination efforts. Coby also held various roles at Aldevron and CELLSCRIPT related to mRNA manufacturing and GMP compliance, as well as a significant tenure at Argos Therapeutics, where contributions aided in BLA filing and development of personalized RNA-loaded immunotherapy technology. Earlier in the career, Coby conducted postdoctoral research at Duke University and Wadsworth Center, specializing in RNA biology. Educational background includes a PhD in Microbiology from Uppsala University, along with multiple degrees in Biology and Biotechnology.
