Lance Monilaws

Lance Monilaws is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Director of Industrial Project Management at Aldevron since April 2017, overseeing large capital projects with a focus on facility expansion, renovation, and campus development. Previous roles include Strategic Initiatives Manager at Aldevron, where management of extensive company initiatives encompassed areas such as construction and IT. Prior to joining Aldevron, Lance held the position of Project Manager at Essentia Health, focusing on IT projects including Epic implementations and infrastructure initiatives. Additional experience includes project management roles at Eide Bailly LLP and the Bank of North Dakota, where responsibilities ranged from items processing supervision to credit review analysis. Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mayville State University and has attended Dakota School of Banking.
