MacAlister Odeen

Macalister Odeen currently serves as a Biomanufacturing Engineer at Aldevron, where responsibilities include leading DIVE meetings with senior leadership to address quality events and implement actionable countermeasures, utilizing Root Cause Analysis for Corrective and Preventative Actions, and consulting as a Technical SME representative for client calls. Prior experience includes participation in the BOLD Associate program at Aldevron, where Macalister rotated through various operational areas, and an Information Technology internship at Minnetronix, Inc. Previous roles at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities involved serving as an intern in Gender and Women Studies, where lesson plans were designed for students, and as an Outreach Assistant, mentoring youth and developing STEM-based activities. Macalister Odeen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2020.
