Tom K.

Tom K. currently serves as the Senior Manager of the QC Microbiology lab at Aldevron, overseeing environmental monitoring and sequencing groups since October 2021. Previous roles include QC Microbiology/EM Manager at Aldevron, where responsibilities involved lab management and the implementation of new equipment for microbiological testing. Tom has extensive experience from Lonza as a QC Microbiology Supervisor, managing a team across multiple shifts, and at Shire as a QC Analyst, contributing to the setup of a high-tech biopharma lab. Additionally, Tom held positions at Takeda as Lead QC Analyst, focusing on method development and problem-solving in QC microbiology, and at Immucor, Inc. in bulk manufacturing under cGMP and cGLP standards.
